Partner Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Bike Registry Oy ("we", "us") and the partner shop ("Partner") regarding the free listing of the Partner's business in the Bike Registry partner directory.

1. The Listing

We publish information submitted by the Partner, which may include shop name, address, contact details, category, description, logo, and optional discounts for Bike Registry users. We may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, or formatting, and may reject or remove a listing at our discretion.

2. Partner's Commitments

The Partner confirms that:

All information submitted is accurate and will be kept up to date
The Partner has the right to grant the license set out below
The Partner will promptly notify us of any changes affecting the listing

3. License

The Partner grants Bike Registry Oy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Display the submitted content (business name, logo, description, and discounts) in the partner directory and on Bike Registry's web, mobile, social media, and other marketing channels for the duration of the listing
Reference the Partner's business name and logo in announcements, social media posts, blog posts, press materials, partner lists, case studies, and other marketing communications about the partnership

Historical references published before the listing ends (e.g., archived social media posts, blog posts, press releases, case studies) may remain in place after termination.

4. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the listing at any time by email to support@bike-registry.com. We may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms.

5. No Fees, No Warranty

The listing is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic, leads, or any specific business outcome.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bike Registry Oy's total liability under these terms is limited to zero euros (€0), reflecting the free nature of the service. Bike Registry Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory provisions of Finnish law remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to the contact email on file.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.

Acknowledgment: The Partner is bound by these terms upon replying with acceptance to the terms email sent by Bike Registry Oy, or by maintaining an active listing in the partner directory.
